CONFESSING OUR SINS (3)
From Ezra 9
O God,
we are too ashamed and disgraced
to lift up our faces to you,
because our sins
are higher than our heads,
and our guilt
has reached to the heavens.
O Lord you are righteous;
we come before you in our guilt,
not one of us can stand
in your presence.
Forgive us; in Jesus' name. Amen.
