Lord, you are without equal;
everything under heaven is yours:
we who are unworthy of your goodness
must answer to you.
We confess our foolishness
and repent of our sinfulness.
Lord, of whom our ears have heard,
and whom our eyes have seen
in Jesus our Redeemer:
grant us forgiveness in his name. Amen.
