Come, join to praise our God and king

1 Come, join to praise our God and king,
his glories all-excelling:
the heavenly hosts his wonders sing,
his mercies we are telling!
His arm is stronger than the sea
he calms its fitful anger;
he comes to set his people free,
and rescues us from danger.

2 For all who trust his saving name
are happy in believing;
they know his presence every day,
his kindnesses receiving.
His kingdom stands on righteousness,
with justice as foundation:
so praise our God, our victory,
our song, our celebration!
