God is present by his Spirit

God is present by his Spirit,
the Almighty God is here;
God the Holy One is with us,
God the Holy One draws near.

God is present by his Spirit,
as we gather in his name:
when we ask him for forgiveness,
he forgives - we live again!

God is present by his Spirit,
as we sing his praise today,
as we thank him for his goodness,
as we hear his word and pray.

God is present by his Spirit,
every day and every hour,
as we live our lives for Jesus,
filled with love and grace and power.
