Our Father God, Creator, Lord
1 Our Father God, Creator, Lord,
whose goodness flows through all the earth;
now we your people come to you
to offer praise and own your worth.
2 Today you call us gathered here
to selfless giving, faithful prayer;
to show your free and boundless love
in thoughtful action, tender care.
3 Now we acknowledge you as Lord
of all our past and future years:
and, present still with us today,
you know our plans and hopes and fears.
4 So teach our hearts and minds and wills
that all we have is from above,
then we shall share with generous joy
the wonder of Christ's saving love.
5 Come, fill us with your Spirit, Lord,
through every day and every hour,
that those around may see in us
your tender love and mighty power.
