1 Teach me, Lord Jesus, all I need to know:
form within me your mind;
let all the truth I find
make me more humble, more truly to grow.

2 Teach me, Lord Jesus, all I need to do:
help me by love to live,
suffer and work and give,
learning obedience, and learning from you.

3 Teach me, Lord Jesus, all I need to say:
set my tongue free to speak
true words, and pure and meek,
patterned on yours, which shall not pass away.

4 Teach me, Lord Jesus, all I need to be:
train me and put me right
till I reflect your light,
till you complete all your purpose for me.
