Though the fig tree does not bud

Though the fig tree does not bud,
and no grapes hang on the vine;
though the olive crop should fail,
and the fields produce no food;
though no sheep are in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls;
Men: yet I will rejoice!
Women: Yet I will rejoice!
Men: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord!
I will be joyful in God,
Women: I will be joyful in God,
Men: I will be joyful in God.
All: I will be joyful in God my Saviour.
I will be joyful in God my Saviour.
