Come greet the Lord with songs

1 Come greet the Lord with songs,
and with a joyful psalm
unite to praise him, tower of strength
who rescues us from harm.
We'll bring our heartfelt thanks,
rejoicing as we sing:
"How great you are - there's none like you,
O God our Saviour King!"

2 Ravines and mountains high,
he holds them in his hand.
The deepest sea belongs to him,
he also formed the land.
We'll marvel at his skill,
and praise him as we sing:
"How masterful - there's none like you,
O God our mighty King!"

3 Come worship and bow down,
acclaim him Lord indeed,
he's our good Shepherd, we his sheep
who in his pasture feed.
Let's strive to grasp his love,
rejoicing as we sing:
"How bountiful- there's none like you,
O God our gracious King!"

4 Let's listen to his words,
determined to obey.
We grieve his Spirit, when we hear
but turn our hearts away.
We'll choose the path of peace
and praise him as we sing:
"How merciful - there's none like you,
O God our holy King!"

5 Lord, help us not to doubt
or put you to the test,
but follow him who is the way,
and enter heaven's rest.
We'll trust you to the end,
rejoicing as we sing:
"How wonderful - there's none like you,
O God our glorious King!"
