Lord God of your people, the only Lord in heaven above or in the earth below: hear our prayer and supplication which we bring before you, and consecrate this __________ (which we have built), put your Name here for ever; let your eyes always be on this place, and your heart ever open towards it, that we may walk before you in integrity and uprightness; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
