1 All our hope is found in Jesus,
Son of God and sinners’ friend,
and his love that never leaves us
as we journey to life’s end.
Through his death and resurrection,
Christ has made our future sure.
Praise the Author and Perfector
of our faith, which shall endure.
2 Christ is near us in our suffering,
and he helps us bear the load,
walking with us through affliction,
our companion on the road.
God incarnate, he has carried
all our failings and our griefs.
By his body that was wounded
on the cross he brings us peace.
3 Let this faith now be our anchor,
holding fast through darker days:
Jesus died for our salvation
and in victory he was raised!
Christ in us, the hope of glory
shines to overcome our fear,
so we run the race before us
and by grace we persevere.
4 In our Father’s many mansions
Christ prepares for us a place.
In the wonder of his kingdom
we will spend eternal days.
Then in glory we will see him -
Jesus, faithful, good and true.
Praise the Lord , our risen Saviour;
he is making all things new!
