Gathered to Go
After much deliberation the assessment teams for Gathered to Go have agreed on the pieces to feature in the new collection - see below. Well done to all those writers listed below, and many thanks to everyone who submitted a piece/pieces; it's been very difficult to whittle this down to thirteen! Apologies that because of time pressure we have not been able to contact personally every writer who submitted a piece(s).
Recording will take place in early 2026, with full resources available soon after Easter 2026.

A reminder of the vision for this project:
Gebrauchsmusik, a German term meaning "utility music", describes music composed for a specific, identifiable purpose. This captures something of the vision behind this writing project. We are looking for new pieces that local churches can use at particular moments in ordinary services - useful pieces that are accessible for congregations and music teams, with words and music that challenge and inspire, and help bring congregations together to worship the God who transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary.
