Today, if you hear his voice

1 Today, if you hear his voice, you may have a choice to make:
don't let your heart go hard, you can start to celebrate!
God has provided a way to be forgiven, straight from heaven's throne:
take what he gives you freedom to live today.

2 God's word, when he speaks to you, will be like the rain and snow;
they water the plants and trees, making every green thing grow.
Stand in the light of his love it's like the sun above you after rain,
heavenly weather, perfect for every day!

3 God's word, like a shining beam, will be there to light your way,
to light every step you take you need never go astray.
Hiding his word in your heart will guide your mind; you'll leave behind old ways
in grace he will give new life you can live today.
