From Psalm 25
O Lord, we pray to you because we trust you, and because you have always shown us kindness and constant love:
as you have promised,
forgive us the errors of our ways -
our sins when we were young,
and our many sins since then;
teach us to live by your truth,
and show us the path of life;
through Jesus our redeemer. Amen.
