You worked a wonder in me, Christ, God's Son;
A life renewed and fresh has now begun.
Your Holy Spirit holds me fast in love;
My praises ever rise to heaven above.
His everlasting beauty I can see
And feel a thrilling tremble waken me.
Then Hallelujah lifts my soul in song;

You weave a web of sunshine round my days,
Adorning all the compass of my ways.
As dawn dissolves the shadows of the night,
So I, once blind, have now received my sight.
Your kindly Presence sets my heart aglow,
And overflowing grace and peace I know;

All honour, praise and worship are your due;
My life found meaning when I turned to you.
My emptiness is nourished by your word;
